We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after an order is processed. Under rare occasions orders may shipped earlier or later than time frame. 

Some orders may take longer due to made to order merchandise, please allow 7-14 days for the merchandise to be made.

Some orders may take longer to ship depending if it is a pre-order item but will be notified of estimate time. Please allow up to 15-50 business days for items to be delivered as its reliant on manufacturers process.

We ship orders through third party carriers such as UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Icons in Paradise and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
