Returns are only accepted under the rare circumstances of defective merchandise.

If placing an order via the web, please double check your order. Orders received from the web are considered approved upon receipt.

Please contact immediately if receiving a defective item to inform us of the issue.

Items that have been damaged by the consumer are not refundable. (Example: Shrinkage due to improper handling, usage stains, snags or holes due to work environment)

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product style, size, and color.

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed.
